Spring baseball and softball season is just getting started! If you missed registration for the 2026 spring season (it closed March 6), mark your calendar for fall registration. But if you're looking to get your kids into sports, this is a fantastic local option that's been running strong for years.
What makes it special: Maryville Parks & Rec runs their own baseball and softball programs right here in town, so you're supporting local youth sports while keeping your family close to home. The programs are split by age and skill level:
- T-ball (ages 5-6): Perfect introduction to the game with coed teams
- Coach pitch (ages 7-8): Learning to hit pitched balls, still beginner-friendly
- Ages 9-16: More advanced play, with some traveling games for the older kids
