Pinchy's Lobster and Raw Bar is the newest addition to Maryville's dining scene, opening at 508 High St. next door to The Walnut Kitchen. This New England-style seafood chain (they already have locations in Sevierville and Boerne, TX) is bringing lobster rolls, crab legs, sushi, and raw oysters to Blount County. The Maryville spot will feature 200+ seats, an 8,000-square-foot outdoor space, and live music on their outdoor stage every Thursday through Saturday when the weather allows. Chef Rick Kyker is behind the menu, which is 100% chef-driven with house-made sauces, soups, and desserts. They source Alaskan crab legs, Chesapeake Bay oysters, and humanely harvested seafood. Reservations are expected to open in July 2026, right around summer break when families will be looking for somewhere special to go. Great news for Maryville — this is the kind of place that's going to make dinner out feel like a real event.
