Rainforest Adventures Discovery Zoo brings the tropics to the Smokies — a family-friendly zoo on 2+ acres featuring over 130 species of exotic animals including monkeys, tropical birds, crocodiles, colorful frogs, and friendly farm animals like sheep, goats, llamas, and pigs. It is a covered, mostly indoor zoo ideal for a rainy-day outing or a quick animal stop while visiting Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg.
Kids can get up close with animals, take part in keeper chats and feedings, and learn about conservation. The zoo supports conservation through education and family fun, and animal encounters are a highlight for little ones.
