Tennessee's longest-running fall festival is back for its 28th year! Maple Lane Farms, run by the Schmidt family, has been hosting families in Greenback since the farm was established. The 2026 season kicks off October 2 and runs through October 31, with open weekends Friday through Sunday.

Highlights for kids include an 8-acre corn maze celebrating 250 years of America, tractor-pulled hayrides to the pumpkin patch (daytime and nighttime), a kids' kiddie maze, sunflower fields, inflatables, photo ops, and a barn store packed with fall decorations and treats. There's also Tennessee Terror, a scare attraction in the woods for older kids and teens, open weekends starting October 2 through October 31.

The farm also hosts campfires, corn hole, live music, and food vendors throughout the weekend. Maple Lane Farms is about 10 minutes from Maryville off Morgantown Road -- a perfect fall outing for the whole family.
