Celebrating 30 years of quality childcare, Kiddie Korner has been serving Blount County families since it was transferred and reopened in 2023. Their Maryville facility is a licensed, 3-star Tennessee childcare center with safe indoor and outdoor play spaces.
They accept children from 6 weeks old through school-age (up to grade 4), with dedicated classrooms for each age group. Infants learn sign language and are checked every 10 minutes for safety (state requires 15). Meals are provided: breakfast, hot lunch, and snacks daily. School-age kids get homework help and Christian devotionals.
The curriculum is faith-based but developmentally appropriate — High Reach and Pinnacle for 1-year-olds, then Scholastic, Leap Into Literacy, and Saxon Math for ages 3-5. They follow Tennessee Early Education Standards and employ CDA-certified lead teachers, all TECTA certified.
