Superhero Academy is three days of high-energy fun for ages 3-8 where kids discover their powers through imagination and movement. Day 1 is power training with leap, balance, climb, and zoom stations. Day 2 features hero missions with obstacle course rescues and relay races. Day 3 is a superhero showcase where kids come dressed as their favorite hero. Cost is $99 for the 3-hour session or $160 for the 5-hour session — both include a camp T-shirt. Run by Stretch-N-Grow staff at Springbrook Recreation Center. Camper essentials: comfortable athletic clothing and tennis shoes.
